Hello there. So grateful you found my page and are exploring if I'm the right fit for you. Starting counseling can bring about a lot of thoughts, including weighing if it's worth the risk to change. I hope that you'll find therapy is a safe and secure place to unpack life challenges and happenings; including those to celebrate. The focus of our time together will be determined by your goals/hopes and interventions may vary depending on your unique needs. I hope that each person I work with finds the foundations of wellness for themselves that allow them to continue to grow. I have extensive experience working with Anxiety Disorders, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Body Image, Navigating Family Dynamics and Self Esteem. My primary approach to counseling is grounded in mindfulness, self compassion, and somatic approaches. I draw on cognitive therapy for a framework as the basis for these approaches. Additionally, I have experience and training in delivering Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Prolonged Exposure (PE) for PTSD, The Flash Technique for trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E). I am currently accepting referrals for individuals over the age of 18 who reside in the state of Pennsylvania, Georgia, New Jersey, Delaware, Virginia, South Carolina or Maryland. Telehealth is readily available for those outside of Pennsylvania.
